How come my QR Code doesn't scan?

Be sure to follow the scanner help details found in the StickyQ app. The most common cause of the scanner not working is inadequate light. Please make sure your scan area is well lit.

I ordered my StickyQ notes online, how long will it take to get them in the mail?

Online Note Code orders take 1-2 weeks for delivery. If you want your codes faster, we recommend you puchase them in the StickyQ app and print them to a compatible printer.

How come my Note Codes won't print?

Note Codes will only print from your device to a compatible printer such as an AirPrint printer for iOS. See your device manufacturer for a list of compatible printers
